Butterfly and geese

Found these while riding through Loess Hills on the scenic byway Friday. When we saw the geese I was really after the Great Blue Heron that we had seen as we were crossing a bridge over a waterway. They must have excellent hearing or eyesight because it was gone before we even crossed the road. We saw several more as we walked closer to where the geese were but they just kept moving on down the waterway. Eventually the geese also took flight but they came in our direction and I was able to get a couple shots of them flying by.
