Just Stuff

Experimenting again with some CS5 backgrounds and textures I purchased from 'Paint The Moon'.  So easy, just click a button and away it goes.  You can make tons of your own adjustments once the action has run.  Love It!!!

Just Stuff

I've been bored, so I've been looking around the house to find stuff to take pictures of.  Here are some of the things I've found.  Also playing with more textures on some of them.

This is from inside the old farm house.  There were so many layers and textures inside from the plaster falling off the walls.

This one we believe to be an old school house.  It had the old tin ceiling, too bad they were left to rust away.

This old couch was in the school house.  Odd place for a couch, maybe it was used as a house later on.

These old fans were laying around on the place where the farm house was.  What we found underneath was an old cast iron, claw foot bathtub.  Such a waste to have all that good stuff out in the elements like that.

While my husband and I were out road trippin' one afternoon we came upon a couple of old buildings.  I bravely and carefully went inside.  One his from the inside of an old farm house and the other we think was a school house.

I have been playing a lot with textures.  Here are a few photos that I processed tonight using textures I purchased from  Most of these are photos I would not have ever done anything with just as they were, but with the textures you can hide the things you don't like and it gives a whole new feel to the photograph.  I like the looks of them!

Old Stone Barn

We were on our way home from Squaw Creek and stopped to take a look around this place with the really cool stone barn.  I purchased some textures from and the one I applied to this photo is called 'Moxey'
