New kit lens shots

Ok, here are a couple with the kit lens that came with the 40D. Both were shot at 1/13, 8.0, 1000 ISO. The apple was with no flash and PeeWee was with the the pop-up flash. I was really close to the fruit and it tasted really good too. ;0)
