After hanging out down at the arch, we decided to find where the balloon race was being held. A co-worker of mine had told me about it before we left on our trip. We took the metro link across town to the park where it was being held. This park is ginormous! It is larger than Central Park in NY City. It also houses the St. Louis Zoo. Free admission by the way, if any one happens to go there. Unfortunatley, I could not get my spouse to go to the zoo. Apparently, that's not what you go see when you're on vacation. So, we watched the balloons instead.
