This is a little bit better photo...this time of the female. Since the first time I saw this wood duck pair fly into the tree in the lot behind our house, i've seen them several times flying by. Tonight we happened to be out watching some excitement going on down the street, when all of a sudden, there they were again. Flew right over us and into the same tree. I spotted the female and had Larry quick get my camera. It was starting to get dark so still not very good shots but better than the last. I never did see where the male went but the female eventually went into this hole in the tree......yea! I'll have something to watch this summer. :-)
